Profile

Your profile is the first step toward finding the right mentor for your journey. While it’s optional, taking a few minutes to set up a thoughtful profile helps mentors understand your background, needs, and goals—making it easier for them to support you in a way that’s truly personalized.

In this section, we’ll guide you through adding a photo, writing a short bio, and setting up a few simple details to help you connect with the right mentor.

Please Note: While completing your profile is not mandatory, providing as much information as possible will help your mentor understand your needs and goals better, allowing them to offer more tailored guidance and support.

In this section, mentees will set up their personal profile.

What You’ll Need to Add:

  • Profile Photo – Upload a head-and-shoulders shot with a clear view of your face.

  • Cover Photo – A landscape image, like a Facebook cover photo, that represents you or anything you like to make your profile unique.

  • Bio – A short description about yourself, what you teach (if applicable), and your goals or what you’re looking for in a mentor.

Example Bio: "Hi, I'm Sarah! I'm a high school English teacher with a passion for literature and creative writing. I'm looking for a mentor to help me with lesson planning and classroom management techniques. I hope to grow as an educator and find new ways to inspire my students."
