Reschedule and Cancel

Please only use these options if absolutely necessary to ensure smooth communication and scheduling.

Reschedule:

  • The Reschedule button will be available until one hour before the scheduled session time.

  • When you click the button, you will be redirected to an email where both the mentor and mentee will be automatically added as recipients.

  • In the email, you can propose a new date and time for the session.

Important: Before rescheduling, please make sure to discuss the details with your mentor/mentee to ensure the new time works for both of you. Having all the details ready in advance will help avoid confusion.

Cancel:

  • The Cancel button should only be used if absolutely necessary.

  • The same procedure as rescheduling will apply. Clicking the button will open an email where both parties are added, and you can provide your reason for cancellation.

Important: Please state your reason for canceling and, if possible, include any evidence to make the process smoother.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel three times, your account will be reviewed, and you may not be allowed to make further bookings as a mentee until the issue is resolved.
