Main areas in the app

  • Dashboard for a high-level view of business activity
  • Orders for booking and purchase activity
  • Store for public-facing business setup
  • Services and products for what customers can book or buy
  • Customers for customer records and history
  • Transactions for payment activity
  • Store settings and integrations for business configuration

Public and internal views

Syncli includes both:

  • Internal admin pages used by the business team
  • Public-facing pages such as the store link, catalog, and checkout flow

This matters because you will often switch between configuring the business experience and testing the customer experience.
