Availability

This section allows you to set your available time slots for mentoring sessions. This helps mentees know exactly when they can book time with you, so it’s important to be accurate.

Available Days & Times​

You’ll see all seven days of the week. Under each day is a grid of 30-minute time slots, starting at 12:00 AM and running through the full 24 hours.

  • Each slot is clearly marked (e.g., 12:00 AM, 12:30 AM, 1:00 AM, etc.).

  • Simply click on a slot to select it and click again to unselect.

  • The system will track your selections — for example: Mon (3 out of 48 slots)

For example, if you're available on Thursday from 2 PM to 4 PM, click:

  • 2:00 PM (14:00)

  • 2:30 PM (14:30)

  • 3:00 PM (15:00)

  • 3:30 PM (15:30)

Mentoring sessions can only be booked based on your selected time slots, so please ensure they reflect your actual availability.

Important Notes:

The time slots you select will repeat every new week, so be sure to update them as your schedule changes.

Mentees will see your availability for the next 2 weeks, based on the times you've selected.

If you're no longer available on a day where you already have a session booked, and you switch that slot off:

  • The session will not be cancelled automatically — it will still exist in the system.

  • You must communicate with your mentee first and go to your Booked Sessions tab to either reschedule or cancel the session manually.

  • Please always discuss changes with your mentee beforehand to avoid confusion or missed sessions.

Reminder: Please press "Save Slots" before moving on, or your selected availability will be lost.
