Payout

This section helps you manage and monitor any payments connected to your Syncli mentor account.

What You’ll See on the Platform:

  • Current Balance – This shows how much you've earned so far before deductions.

    Directly underneath, you’ll also see:

    • Current Balance – Displays your total earnings before deductions.
    • Eligible for Payout – Lets you know whether you've met the minimum threshold to receive a payout.

    A detailed breakdown of your earnings, platform fees (15%), and payout processing fees will be included in your monthly invoice.

How It Works:

  • You become eligible for payout once your total earnings exceed R500 (approximately $27 USD).
  • Earnings are calculated monthly based on sessions completed between the 24th of the previous month and the 24th of the current month.
  • Payouts are processed monthly between the 28th and the 2nd.
  • A 15% platform fee is deducted from your total earnings. This does not include payment processing fees, which are your responsibility.
  • All payouts are made in South African Rand (ZAR).

International & Local Payouts:​

  • International mentors will receive payouts via PayPal.
  • South African mentors can add local bank account details to receive direct deposits.

The exact date you receive your payout may vary depending on your bank or PayPal’s processing times.

Order History​

The Order History section allows mentors to view details of all paid sessions booked through Syncli.

What You'll See:

  • A list of your session orders, showing:

    • Order ID
    • Price
    • Order Placed (date the session was booked)

Each entry has an arrow icon next to it. When clicked, it expands to reveal more details about that specific order, including:

  • Session Date
  • Start Time
  • End Time
  • Session Status(e.g. completed, upcoming, canceled)

Accounts​

This is where you securely enter your payout details.

How It Works:

  • South-African Mentors:

    • Click the “Add Bank Account” button.
    • A form (modal window) will pop up asking you to fill in your banking information.
    • Typical fields include: Account holder name, bank name, account number, and branch code.

  • International Mentors:

    • Add your Paypal email address.

Once completed, click “Submit” to save your details.

Very Important: Please double-check your details before submitting. Incorrect banking or PayPal information can delay or block your payout.

Your payment details are securely stored and used only to process your payouts.

Payout History​

The Payout History section lets you track the payments you've received from Syncli.

What You’ll See:

  • A list of all payouts made to your account.

  • Each entry will include:

    • Payout ID
    • Amount Paid
    • Date of Payout

Why It’s Helpful:

  • Monitor past payouts and ensure all payments have been processed.

  • Verify the dates and amounts of your payouts, especially if you need to reference them for financial tracking or tax purposes.
